At Bento Creations 614, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Each item is carefully packaged and shipped with attention to quality and care.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time
  • Processing times do not include shipping transit time

Any delays will be communicated via email when possible.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We primarily ship via USPS for both domestic and international orders.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure secure delivery.


Local Pickup (Central Ohio Only)

We offer local pickup within Central Ohio.

  • Select this option at checkout if available
  • You will receive instructions via email once your order is ready
  • Valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required for pickup

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • Claims for lost or missing packages must be filed with the shipping carrier
  • If tracking shows “delivered,” we are not responsible for stolen packages
  • Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location

We may assist in providing documentation for carrier claims when requested.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery at bentocreations614@gmail.com.

To process a claim, we may require:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of packaging and shipping label

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of a claim.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed

Fraud Prevention & Shipping Security

To prevent fraud and protect our business, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or hold orders flagged as high-risk
  • Require additional verification for billing and shipping information
  • Refuse shipment to unverifiable addresses
